This is Vicki's gorgeous character Kitanii. I had so much fun drawing him - he's a real charmer! He is quite a dramatic character, so I thought this sort of background would suit him quite well. A bit of play on the theme of light versus darkness, calm versus wild, control versus power...

Anyway, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did :heart:

I'm not normally a fan of horse art work, but this is gorgeous. The contrast between the black horse and the golden grass is perfect. Awesome work!
