My very delayed Christmas/New Years present to you all
ARTIST'S COMMENTS
I hope you can all apologise for the delay of this! I started on it just a few days before Christmas, when I had a little bit of spare time, but I didn't have enough time to finish it. I thought I'd be able to finish it before New Year instead, but even though it didn't exactly take long to draw, there were just too many other things that I had to do instead. But now I finally managed to finish it off, even though it might be a bit rushed!
It was very hard to try and pick only a handful of people who's characters I would draw. In the end, I had to limit it down to those who I feel are closest to me or supported me in their own ways.
Of course, with more time and patience, I would have wanted to include more characters, but just because your character might not be on there doesn't mean I appreciate your support any less
I tried keeping layers to a minimum, having all shading and highlights on one layer for each character, but it still added up to more than expected! The snowflakes are my own customised brushes, made from photos of snowfall. The mountain is referenced from a mountain rendered in Vue D'Esprit.
Happy New Year To Everyone!!

All I can say is....wow! This is stunning! The colours look so soft, yet vibrant, and I just love sunset pictures You have captured this beautifully! *goes to check out your gallery*
This is gorgeous. Makes me feel like my sleigh dog team is rather skimpy next to it. Always love to see the huge pictures with the many characters as Christmas/New Years Presents. All the characters and their personalities smushed together makes from some very interesting and lovely artwork.
This piece I actually find to be very interesting. Even though it is not directly expressed through their facial features, the personality of each horse is indirectly expressed through their motion, position, and body language. The details are quite lovely and the scenery beautiful.
