ARTIST'S COMMENTS

My part of an art trade with =HymnsOfMisery. This is of course her lovely character Hymn, a lovely Friesian x Shire mare. I really enjoyed drawing her, such a lovely combination of colours in the mane and tail.

I struggled coming up with a suitable background though. I know =HymnsOfMisery preferrably wanted a foresty scene, but I honestly suck at forest scenes. I thought this would suit the pose and the windswept mane/tail better :aww:

This is probably getting a bit repetitive but this is such a wonderful looking Friesian! :love: Your colouring and shading looks fantastic as usual, and I love the dynamic pose, really highlights her beauty :D
